The Garden Restaurant

Step into the Garden Restaurant, where refined dining honors Belize’s culinary heritage. Ingredients from our organic farm and lodge garden are crafted into seasonal dishes inspired by Mayan, East Indian, Creole, Garifuna, Latin, and Indo-Caribbean traditions.

Enjoy breakfast serenaded by the jungle, leisurely lunches, and a dinner menu that evolves daily. Guests and locals are invited to savor farm-to-table flavors, with options for vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets.

    • Breakfast: 6:00am – 10:00am

    • Lunch: 11:30am – 3:00pm

    • Snack: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

    • Dinner: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

The Rum Bar

Unwind at the Rum Bar, a serene oasis nestled under the jungle canopy of the main lodge. Relax on shaded decks overlooking the rainforest, stay connected with WiFi, or explore our collection of books, magazines, and games.

Each evening at six, indulge in handcrafted cocktails and complimentary bites, featuring fresh tropical juices, coconuts, limes, exotic fruits, and aromatic herbs, masterfully blended with our award-winning Copalli Rum.
