“We did the Lubaantun Mayan experience, San Antonio Waterfall, corn tortilla making, guided river kayaking, & chocolate making. All were great. We saw many birds, howler monkeys & large lizards. I can't say enough about how helpful & accommodating the staff was. I would 100% recommend Copal Tree Lodge.”

“George was also incredible- taking us out on a sunset cruise where we had so much fun that I booked us a river fishing trip the morning we were supposed to leave so we could go once more. He's pretty amazing at bird watching, fish spotting, & making bird calls. Copal really made us feel like home, the service was awesome.”

“We took advantage of several tour offerings - a guided kayak on the river, a guided jungle hike, intro to birdwatching, & snorkeling. Guides Matthew & Andres were exceptional & generously shared their knowledge & experience of Mayan culture, birds, & plants.”
