“The resort itself has stunning views & we were able to see toucans, howler monkeys & other animals up close without leaving the premises. The farm experiences (bean to bar, coffee cupping, distillery tour) were incredible & the outside experiences (Mayan ruins, waterfalls, ziplining, horseback riding) were amazing & personal as well. Our entire trip was perfect from start to finish.”

“They accommodated our every request, fitting in hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, ziplining, exploring ancient Mayan ruins sites, horseback riding, chocolate making & enjoying the most delicious cocktails & meals here. Whether it was learning more about the history of Belize, their reef & the Mayan culture, or enjoying a special cocktail or dinner, Copal covered everything!”
Molly V.
“The only event we signed up for was horseback riding, which was an experience! Our 1-hr ride was a private, guided ride through the jungle. The horses aren't trail horses but they are patient & calm & the ride was just lovely.”
