We were incredibly lucky to have the entire Canopy Suite area to ourselves, which meant that we had the infinity pool & a bartender all to ourselves. While there was a lot to do at Copal Tree, we felt so spoiled in our private retreat that we didn't want to leave. The food was delicious, including a Thanksgiving meal for Americans celebrating the holiday. We can not emphasize enough what a special spot Copal Tree is.”
